Amanda Evans

Amanda has been teaching yoga since 2015 when she received teacher training at Ananda Shala with Dominica Knapp. With her background as an elementary teacher, Amanda now applies her love of teaching and lifelong learning to her yoga classes. Yoga took on a new importance in Amanda’s life following the birth of her son in 2012, and continues to evolve as she is expecting a daughter in 2015.  The mat helped with healing through a challenging postpartum recovery, and changed her life completely.  Her classes create a space for self-love and self-exploration through stability and progression of movement with breath.  Amanda is also a certified holistic life coach, offers private sessions, and teaches natural living workshops.
