Carrie’s love of yoga is fostered from a need for balance in her life after struggling with anxiety from a high-pressure corporate office. She took her first class at Ananda Shala in 2014 and fell in love with the energy of the studio. With a strong desire to help others find peace in this crazy world, she completed her 200-hour RYT training with Dominica Knapp at Ananda Shala. Carrie’s classes offer a balance of working up a sweat and finding relaxation. She is also certified as a Level 2 Reiki Healer – she studied under Reiki Master Irene Glasse.
