Hailey first began practicing yoga in 2010 for a number of reasons. One reason was to increase her flexibility and body awareness to support her love for riding horses; another was to combat anxiety. Lying on her mat in her first savasana, Hailey knew that this practice would offer her so much more. It has helped her to find her own center, both on and off the mat, and brought on a perspective of peace and gratitude. In 2016-2017, Hailey trained under Dominica Knapp to become a 200 hour certified instructor so that she could help others find the same inner peace that yoga has brought her. In her classes, Hailey strives to create a welcoming space where students are free to explore what yoga has for them, and emphasizes correct physical alignment to guide students safely from one asana to the next.
