Jessica Coakley

Jessica was first introduced to yoga over ten years ago while she was a student at Towson University. Having danced as a child, the music and sequencing of classes provided an outlet for creative self-expression. Jessica took her first class in 2010 at Ananda Shala, and quickly fell in love with the studio, teachers and Prana Vinyasa Flow classes. Inspired by the teachers at Ananda Shala; master classes with Maria Garre, Andrew McAuley and Shiva Rea, Jessica enrolled in teacher training at Ananda Shala. Jessica completed the Prana Flow┬« Affiliate 200 hour RYT program in June of 2015, and has been teaching ever since. Jessica’s classes are upbeat with a side of humor to move you from stressed to zen.
