Katie teaches various forms of yoga including Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, and Postpartum.
Katie first practiced yoga in 2005 just to try it out, and immediately fell in love with the practice. After practicing for about a year Katie realized that she wanted to share the many offerings of yoga with others, so she began instructing in 2006 with training through YogaFit, and AFAA. Fast forward 10 years, marriage, and becoming a mother, Katie knew that she needed to renew her practice, and deepen her knowledge and understanding of teaching to others. From that place she completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training through The Shala School of Yoga in 2017, and in 2018 she completed 85hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through The Womb Room in Baltimore.
Katie comes to each practice with an open heart, and a deep caring for her students.
