RYT – 200
Lauren first began practicing yoga as a way to get back into shape and manage anxiety after her son was born in 2013. She quickly fell in love with the practice and has continued ever since. She completed her 200 hour RYT training with Dominica Knapp at The Shala School of Yoga in January 2018. She believes that yoga truly is for “every-body” and strives to make her classes enjoyable for people of all ages and levels of experience. She is also passionate about running, reading, and painting. She currently lives in New Market with her husband and son and is expecting her second child in September 2018.
