Sydney Ryan

Sydney was originally drawn to yoga for the physical aspect of it 7 years ago. However, when she was in college struggling with anxiety and depression she discovered yoga in a different way. Yoga gave her piece of mind and room to actually breathe. She completed her 200 hour RYT training at Ananda Shala with Dominica Knapp. In class, Sydney creates a comfortable space for people to explore their own practice and experience all that yoga has to offer them.  She is also certified as a health coach and level 2 Reiki Healer.
