In your private consultation, our practitioner will gather information about your health and personal history, review your dietary preferences and health concerns, and assess your nutritional status. Together with your nutritionist, you will craft a personalized nutrition plan to start you on your path to greater health. Follow up appointments will assess how the changes are working for you, and further changes will be made as needed. Our practitioner always works from the view of food first, and professional grade, all natural supplements are added if food is not enough.

Yoga Therapy is recommended for chronic physical/mental conditions and illnesses.
We believe in the natural wisdom of the mind and body and apply therapeutic yoga postures, breath practices, mindful awareness and meditation to empower individuals toward healing on every level. Our understanding is that all layers of an individual are deeply intertwined including the body, breath/energy, mental/emotional, as well as inner wisdom/overall connection to Self. Pain and suffering on one layer will affect all other layers, therefore we always consider and work with the whole individual instead of any one portion.
Sessions often include postural analysis, musculoskeletal evaluation and breath assessment. Further analysis may be offered depending on the condition and symptoms present. In some cases, we may ask to collaborate with your doctor (PCP, therapist, chiropractor etc.) however this is not required. The 1st session will include a review of your full medical history and will take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Follow-up sessions are 1.25 hours. Each session will include a physical practice and often breath and/or meditation practices. A home practice sheet and possible life-balance suggestions will be provided after each session.
