Lara Lattman is a Maryland based Certified Nutrition Specialist practitioner, Licensed Dietician-Nutritionist and certified yoga teacher. She received her 200-hour teacher certification from Embodyoga in Amherst, Massachusetts in 2010. Her style is Vinyasa Flow, with influences from Ashtanga and Iyengar. Her classes are vigorous and fun, yet grounding. She focuses on body alignment, connecting to breath and deeper body awareness. The combination of movement and breath helps to create grace and fluidity in the practice. Each class you will stretch, strengthen and awaken all areas of your body, moving into whole body balance.
